John was very fast to reply to messages and extremely accommodating and flexible with pickup and drop off times. Trailer was everything we needed. Solar panel was great addition and John was nice enough to lend a portable gas stove.

Booking was quick and easy with Jeff. His units are as advertised, very clean with everything in working order. Will for sure be looking to book again next year!!

David delivered and picked up the RV on time. It was clean and fully loaded which allowed our family to have a great week camping. He was kind enough to check in and make sure all was going well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the RV with big beds, full kitchen and tons if windows. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and awesome trailer! Came just as pictured with literally everything you need. It even had a few things I had forgotten which was so helpful. Delivery was on time. Communication was quick and he answered every one of my questions. Would absolutely rent again!!! We got rained out for a day and there was ample room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Beds were comfy! I think the best part was the huge selection of dvds and the 3 queen sized beds. My teens for sure loved the extra space to relax.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip with this trailer and Pingkan was more than accommodating! We picked up/dropped off with ease in Kincardine, and the communication was excellent. There was an option to pick up/drop off in London which is a great option as well. The trailer had everything we needed while camping (wheels chocks and coupler lock), but note that you will need your own 2" ball hitch. There were also some great features if you're hooked up at a hydro site (outdoor kitchen, TV and DVD player, AC unit). If you don't have access to hydro, which was the case for us, there is a roof vent along with a window across from the door allowing for a nice cross breeze. The bed pulled out to fit 2 of us and was comfortable leather cushions that we just put our own sheets on - I had no issues being 5'2", but I would say my husband being 5'9" was probably the max height you'd want to be without being cramped. The camper was very well maintained and super clean. We will most definitely book this camper with Pingkan again!
