Nicolston Dam offers 15 and 30 amp power and water at sites, with a dump station on the property but no sewer hookups because the park sits in a protected conservation zone. Barrie KOA Holiday sits on a large treed property with heated pools, a playground, a stocked store, planned activities, and modern washrooms. Cell coverage is generally reliable across the Angus, Barrie, and Alliston corridor. Bug pressure peaks in June near river and wetland sites, so pack accordingly.
