Day trips fan out in every direction. To the south, families head to the Disneyland Resort and nearby Anaheim attractions, with Anaheim Harbor RV Park within walking distance of Disneyland and minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, and the Honda Center. To the east, Frank G. Expect freeway noise at urban parks, limited shade, and shuttle or transit options to nearby attractions, including the Anaheim Resort Transit that stops just outside Anaheim Harbor on Harbor Boulevard and runs to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, the Convention Center, and other local attractions. Mountain campgrounds are a different experience. Sites in the Angeles National Forest typically offer picnic tables, vault toilets, and bear-resistant storage, with no hookups and tight RV length limits. Narrow roads, limited cell service, and wildlife are standard. Bring extra water, since piped supplies are not guaranteed at every site.
