Sites at the private parks around Fairacres and Las Cruces are typically level gravel or paved pads with full hookups, including 30- and 50-amp service. Expect open desert layouts with limited shade, so awnings and window shades matter in warm months. At Leasburg Dam State Park, most developed sites have water and 30-amp electric hookups, with a few 50-amp sites and two accessible sites; several developed sites have no hookups but drinking water is nearby. Some sites are pull-through and can accommodate rigs up to 40 feet, and since there are no sewer hookups at the sites, campers use the dump station near the visitor center. Restrooms with showers, fire rings, picnic shelters, a playground, and an amphitheater round out the facilities.
