Campgrounds and RV parks near Holland, NY

Holland sits in the hills of southeastern Erie County, part of the Buffalo Southtowns and within easy reach of the western Finger Lakes and the Allegheny foothills. The town is small and rural, with wooded ridges, farm valleys, and the Cattaraugus Creek watershed shaping the surrounding landscape. It works well as an RV base for travelers who want a quieter setting than the Lake Erie corridor but still want Buffalo, Ellicottville, and Letchworth State Park within a short drive. Private campgrounds dominate the immediate area. Three Valley Resort is located in Holland itself on Olean Road, and Beaver Meadow Family Campground sits a short drive east in Java Center, Wyoming County. Two Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort properties operate in the region, along with Faun Lake Deed Restricted, a members-oriented community. Most nearby parks are family-focused, seasonal operations with hookups, cabins, and pools rather than backcountry sites, which suits RV travelers with kids.

Private parks around Holland handle their own reservations directly. Beaver Meadow Family Campground takes bookings by phone and online through its website, requires a one-night deposit at the time of booking, and refunds it if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before check-in. All cancellations are subject to a small fee. Three Valley Resort and the Jellystone Park properties book through their own websites or by phone. For state-run options in the wider region, New York uses the ReserveAmerica portal for both state park campgrounds and DEC campgrounds. Sites become available on a nine-month rolling window. From March 15 through Labor Day, new inventory opens at 8:00 a.m. ET on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. ET on weekends; outside that period, releases happen at 9:00 a.m. ET daily. Holiday weekends and popular state parks such as Letchworth fill quickly the moment the window opens, so setting a calendar reminder for the exact release date is worthwhile.
