Campgrounds and RV parks near Cherry Grove, OH

Cherry Grove sits in Anderson Township on the east side of Hamilton County, Ohio, inside the Cincinnati metro area. The location puts RV renters within a short drive of the Ohio River corridor, several county and state parks, and a handful of privately run RV parks on both the Ohio and Northern Kentucky sides of the river. Close-in options include Tuckers Landing RV Park and Riverfront RV Park along the river, along with Hidden Valley RV Park and Storage for longer stays and Cincinnati Campsites for a base near the city. Across the state line in Campbell County, AJ Jolly Park is the largest county park in Kentucky, offering a more traditional public-park camping experience when the campground is open. Because the metro area draws Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Kings Island traffic, weekends between spring break and October fill first. Renters targeting hookup sites near the river or the city should plan several weeks ahead in peak months and check whether nearby public campgrounds are running a normal season before locking in dates.

Private parks near Cherry Grove, including Tuckers Landing RV Park, Riverfront RV Park, Hidden Valley RV Park and Storage, and Cincinnati Campsites, take reservations directly through their own websites or by phone. Weekend availability tightens quickly from Memorial Day through Labor Day, so a lead time of four to eight weeks is realistic for peak dates. AJ Jolly Park & Campground normally accepts reservations through Campbell County Parks by phone or in person at the park office, with weekend and holiday minimum-stay rules that vary by season. The campground is closed for 2026, so verify the park is running its normal season before planning a stay.
