Had a great time on our trip and the owners were super responsive

ASHLEY M. - Jun 2023

If I could rate the experience more than 5 star I would. The communication was outstanding. Evan was in constant communication about pickup, checking in on the experience and checkout. We ended up getting upgraded to a different trailer which was fine with us since we didn’t need a toy hauler. Evan came back out twice. The first was because site only had 30 amp and needed an adapter. The second was because we needed propane and couldn’t get the stove to work. That was primary user error but he got it all rectified. The trailer was amazing, clean and had any and all amenities you would want. The renters are also very nice and friendly people. I would definitely rent from them in the future and highly recommend them.

Our experience was beyond AMAZING! Jessica had a welcome basket ready when we arrived! The camper was immaculate and smelled great! We couldn’t have felt more at home! She checked in on us almost daily to ensure we were having a wonderful experience in her camper! We will most definitely be renting again next year!

What protection comes with my Lone Grove RV rental?

Every RV rental in Lone Grove booked through RVezy includes a renter protection plan plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit the road with real peace of mind. The protection plan covers most accidental damage to the vehicle during your trip, and you choose your coverage level (not the host) during checkout, so you can pick what feels right for your family RV trip Lone Grove adventure. What happens if I need to cancel my RV rental in Lone Grove?

Booking is low risk: RVezy sets the cancellation policy (not individual hosts), and every reservation includes a money-back grace period right after you book. After that, your refund depends on how far out from your trip you cancel. Because the policy is managed at the platform level, you won't see cancellation terms displayed on each individual listing. If a host cancels on you, RVezy refunds your booking or provides travel credit so you're never left stranded. Pro tip: book early to lock in your favorite rig for a Lake Murray weekend, and contact RVezy support directly if a family emergency forces a change of plans.
