Rhoda was very easy to work with. Everything that was needed for our trip was there. We only had to pick up and drop off. Very smooth process!!

This was our family's first camping experience and thanks to Steve it was awesome. His camper was well equipped. The outside LEDs and Bluetooth connect radio were easy to use. Steve took the time to give me a whole run down of the operation. The RV towed very well. I can't say it enough- it was an easy experience and we had a blast. We will be renting from Steve again. Thank you so much!!!

Frequently asked questions about campgrounds near Florence, SC

How much does it cost to rent an RV in Florence, SC?

RV rental in Florence is one of the more budget-friendly options along the I-95 corridor. Travel trailers typically start around $90 to $150 per night, Class C motorhomes generally range from $175 to $275 per night, and larger Class A motorhomes usually run $250 to $400 per night. Because Florence is a major stopover between the Northeast and Florida, inventory stays strong year-round, which helps keep pricing competitive. To find a cheap RV rental in Florence, aim for midweek pickups, avoid Darlington race weekends in the spring and around Labor Day, and ask hosts about weekly discounts. Booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead usually unlocks the best selection at the lowest prices.

Do I need a special license to rent an RV in Florence, SC?

For the vast majority of RVs available on RVezy, your standard driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in Florence. South Carolina does not require a special non-commercial license for personal-use RVs, and nearly every Class B campervan, Class C motorhome, and travel trailer on the platform is well within standard licensing limits. RVezy generally requires renters to be 25 or older with a valid driver's license, and your ID is verified during the booking process so there is no extra paperwork at pickup. International visitors should bring an International Driving Permit along with their home-country license. After that, you are ready for the road.
