We opted for delivery and setup to the campsite which was great! When we arrived everything was set up and ready for us to move in. It was great to escape the heat at the event and have lunch and dinner at the camper. They were awesome to work with! We highly recommend them for a rental option!! We would definitely choose them again!!

So glad I chose to rent an rv for the first time this weekend, as it rained 2 of 3 days and nights. Communication was smooth, even when a strange fluke occurred and I accidently got locked out. Matt immediately drove out to the site with a spare. It seemed to be a malfunction in the mechanism which I'm sure they will be addressing soon.The camper was clean, well equipped and simple to operate. The bed was comfy and I am particular. So , I was , a happy camper.

We enjoyed Drew’s camper very much for our Labor Day weekend trip to Chattanooga! Despite high temps in the 90’s and hitting 100 during the weekend, we even got cold at night from the air conditioning working so well. The camper was clean and looked bigger in person than the pictures. Lastly, even though we never actually got to meet Drew, he was attentive and responsive over messages when we had questions. We would absolutely stay in Drew’s camper again!

We rented this camper and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The camper itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. Everything was in great working order, and it was obvious the host takes pride in keeping it ready for guests. The host was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Communication was quick and friendly, and they were genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to pickup to return. Any questions we had were answered right away, which made everything smooth and stress free. Highly recommend both this camper and host, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future!

How to book campgrounds near Collegedale

Harrison Bay State Park is booked through the Tennessee State Parks system, either online or by phone. Advanced reservations may be made up to 1 year in advance, with a non-refundable Advanced Reservation Fee per campsite that provides for managing the reservation system at Tennessee State Parks. The maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights, extended to 28 nights from December 1 through February 28. Private parks such as Chattanooga North / Cleveland KOA Journey, Hawkins Pointe RV Park, Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga, and Skull Island Campground book directly through their own websites or by phone. The KOA cancellation policy is worth checking before booking: all RV sites require 7 days cancellation notice, and all cabin sites require a 14 day cancellation notice.

What to expect on-site

Sites and hookups vary by park. At Harrison Bay, the campground has 128 RV sites equipped with water and electric hookups and 27 primitive tent-only sites spread across four distinct camping loops, and a limited number of sites can accommodate large RVs up to 65 feet. There is no sewer at each pad: each camping area has its own bathhouse with hot showers, and a centralized dump station serves RV campers. Chattanooga North / Cleveland KOA Journey offers full hookups and pull-throughs near I-75, with amenities including full hookups, WiFi, a camp store, swimming pool, coin-operated laundry, propane filling station, and an air-conditioned and heated bathhouse. Highway noise is a known trade-off given the interstate location. Bring bug spray for warmer months, plan for humidity, and follow park firewood rules. Tennessee State Parks asks that all campfires be made with heat-treated wood or downed wood collected inside the park, and untreated wood should not be brought into the park.
