Campgrounds and RV parks near Oak Hill, TN

Oak Hill is a small residential city inside Davidson County, tucked between Nashville's south side and Brentwood. It sits roughly seven miles from downtown Nashville, which puts every major RV park in the metro area within a short drive. There is no campground inside the city limits itself; RV travelers base out of parks clustered around J. Percy Priest Lake on the Stones River east of Nashville, and along Music Valley Drive near the Cumberland River. The closest private options include Trinity RV Park and Campground and Elm Hill RV Resort, the latter sitting on Bell Road with direct access to J. Percy Priest Lake, roughly 15 minutes from the heart of Nashville. A short drive north puts travelers in the Opryland corridor, home to Nashville KOA Resort, Nashville RV Resort and Cabins, and Two Rivers Campgrounds. This area works well for RV renters who want city access, lake recreation, and full-hookup infrastructure in one trip.

Private parks near Oak Hill, including Trinity RV Park and Campground, Elm Hill RV Resort, Nashville KOA Resort, Nashville RV Resort and Cabins, and Two Rivers Campgrounds, take reservations directly through their own websites or by phone. Music Valley Drive parks fill first for weekends tied to concerts, football, and festivals, so book those dates as early as possible. For the Corps of Engineers campgrounds on Percy Priest Lake, including Seven Points, reservations are handled through Recreation.gov. Recreation.gov reservations open on a rolling basis, exactly 6 months in advance at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. For peak summer weekends, be online the moment the window opens.
