The Denver City Heritage Museum, marked by a large Quanah Parker Trail arrow, focuses on local oil-boom and civic history and is open Tuesday through Thursday afternoons. A paved one-mile walking trail near 8th Street and Highway 214 gives a quick stretch after a driving day.
