Campgrounds and RV parks near South Wenatchee, WA

South Wenatchee sits near the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers in central Washington, in a cold semi-arid valley flanked by the eastern Cascades. The area combines river-based recreation with quick access to apple country, Leavenworth, and snow country at Stevens, Blewett, and Mission Ridge passes. RV travelers have year-round options inside the city plus larger destination parks within a short drive. Wenatchee Confluence State Park sits at the confluence of the Columbia and Wenatchee Rivers and is a popular destination for year-round camping, cycling, and boating, with a designated swimming area, a wetland nature preserve, grassy sports fields, and a long loop trail running through the park. A short drive north, Lincoln Rock State Park sits just above Rocky Reach Dam and offers shaded campsites and cabins, along with a boat launch on Lake Entiat, with calm waters suited to paddleboarding and kayaking. For event-driven trips or longer stays, the Chelan County Expo Center in nearby Cashmere offers a large full-hookup RV field. Higher in the mountains, Lily Lake Sno-Park and Blewett Pass Sno-Park provide winter-only parking for snowmobiling and other winter recreation.

Loop 3 sites 28 to 58 are full hookup, and loop 2 sites 60 to 94 are partial hookup. Cabins and the group camp are reservable online. The Chelan County Expo Center in Cashmere is reserved directly through its office and provides full-hookup RV sites with restrooms and showers.
