In addition, there is a full size bed above the cab and a dinette table, that converts into a bed. With all the comforts of home, this RV comes stocked with everything you’ll need!

The trailer is perfect for going on a trip with your family or as a couple and living full of adventures! Its small bunk beds can accommodate your young children or teenagers. You can share good dinners together in its dinette that can also serve as a bed for 1 at night. While the couch also converts into a bed for another person. The main bed is semi-private and is a queen bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. This trailer has a stereo system that plays inside and out. Outdoor lights on the awning and the awning itself for some shade. The trailer will be empty when going out and expected to be returned the same way. I can fill the tank with water if you're going to a site without water hookups. Please be aware that the tank holds 44 gallons of freshwater. The water tank can be emptied by opening the drain under the trailer between the door and wheels. The sewage tank needs to be drained before returning unless you choose the add-on to have me do it.

Two entry doors make entering and exiting the trailer extremely easy. One exterior door leads right to the bathroom, so walking through the trailer is unnecessary when others are sleeping. Sleeps 8 with bunk beds, a fold-out couch (makes the couch wider), a table that collapses into a bed, and a master queen bed.

It is currently winterized until early May meaning you can rent it but there will be no water. This has the largest bathroom and kitchen for a class B motorhome. It is only 18 feet long so it is easy to drive and park. Park it at any trailhead to start hiking or biking and return home in comfort, shower, and change out of your sweaty clothes. Then cook dinner inside. It also easily parks in any regular car-sized parking spot so you don't have to take up 2 spaces in the back of a parking lot. There is air conditioning in the ceiling and a nice heater system that comes out through the floor and throughout the cabin. There are window blinds for all windows for nighttime privacy. There are also window privacy roller shades for the large opening side windows. The interior has nice residential vinyl flooring and a soft touch vinyl ceiling. There is adjustable LED lighting inside and outside. Side sliding door has a mosquito screen to install if you need at the campsite. The kitchen comes with a microwave, stove, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. A broom, mop, and scrub brush for dishes and propane are also included. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, toilet, septic safe toilet paper, sink, and RV septic tabs. The dinettes break down to offer additional comfortable sleeping quarters for 2-3 people. Extras include Propane, a set of linens(2 pillows w/ pillowcases, top & bottom sheet, blanket, 2 towels), 2 camping chairs, folding table, RV extension cord, a coffee maker with filter, 2 travel mugs, cookware, plates, utensils, and interior/exterior mud mats. Extra linens, sleeping bags, and tents are available for a small fee. We will make our best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during the busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to pick-up/delivery. We will need 45 minutes to 1 hour to walk around the rig to go over the details and perform a safety drive as per our insurance company. Just to note, no pets, and we do not offer parking on-site. You will have to make the arrangements prior to pick-up.

There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove w/oven, microwave, and large sink. You will have entertainment on those rainy days with a TV, DVD player and indoor outdoor radio. There is a private room with a queen size bed and in the back there area two full size bunk beds(top bunk max (250lbs). The camper also features a sleeper sofa and a table for additional sleeping space. The large slideout gives this camper a wide open feel so no one ever feels crowded. Located at the back of the trailer is a full bath with shower/tub(2'x4') set up. Our travel trailer weighs approximately 6,700 lbs and is great for full size SUV's or 1/2 ton pickups (or larger of course). The trailer rental does comes an equalizer stabilizing hitch; however, the trailer does still requires an electric brake controller. Security Deposit Notes: Unit must be returned clean and free of debris or there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. The full security deposit will be lost if it is determined that someone was on top of the unit. One thing I am nuts about is smoke. If our camper smells at all like smoke, I will deduct from the security deposit a professional cleaning fee. Generally, we prefer not to rent for large festivals/events grounds due to increased risk of damages, but feel free to contact us with special requests/circumstances. *Pet friendly for trustworthy pets under 30 pounds, subject to approve with a $15 per night additional charge. No pets on the couch or beds, please. No cats allowed. *If camper needs to be delivered, please let us know. We usually can make something work.
