Rented this trailer for two nights. Owner told me when picking it up that the slide sometimes has to be pushed in all the way by hand from the outside. I didn’t think much of this initially. I asked the owner in person if the slide comes out when driving down the road and he said no. By the time I got the trailer to my house to load up I observed the slide out had come out 6 inches. I pushed it back in. We arrived at our campsite that night and observed the fridge had not cooled 6 hours after turning it on. Luckily all our food was in coolers. I observed the red light on the fridge and checked the propane. I inspected the propane tanks and the hose for driver side tank was audibly leaking at the hose crimp near the valve. I changed to the passenger side tank and shut the opposite side tank off. Fridge was now working. We did not use the water heater the first night as the fresh water tank was hot from the summer AZ heat in town prior to leaving. The second night I attempted to use the water heater for my family’s showers and it would not turn on and had a fault light on the control panel. Power was on and propane was still on running the fridge. Water heater was inoperable. On the drive home I had to stop every few miles to push the slide out back in as it was completely sliding out causing a very unsafe situation on tight curving mountain roads. I finally used ratchet straps to secure the slide out into the trailer by laying under the trailer on the side of the highway, which was very dangerous. During this I observed that the slide out was completely detached from the mechanism that moves it in and out. After returning I told the owner of all the issues and he said he’s never had issues or complaints. I don’t believe this at all as this trailer is in rough shape. There were trim pieces falling off the interior and exterior. I asked for a partial refund due to our return trip taking twice as long due to the slide out falling out. The slide out could have completely fallen out and caused a serious wreck on the highway if I had not been paying attention to it. The owner refused my request so I feel I should warn future renters about this trailer and owner. I took pictures of all of these issues and submitted them to the owner. Unless there are repairs made to this trailer, I would not recommend anyone rent this in the future. The pictures on the ad are not the current state this trailer is in.

The host was easy to work with and get a hold of. It was bigger than our little family of 4 needed but that was no fault of the camper.

Great rental, Joseph was super flexible with the pickup and drop off. This trailer had everything needed for dry camping 4 days. Fit my family of 5 very comfortably.
