Perfect for family getaways, couples’ retreats, or outdoor adventures with friends. • No smoking or vaping inside the trailer — this includes tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. (A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.) • No pets unless pre-approved. (We love them, but want to keep it allergy-friendly. • No roof access. Please do not climb on top of the RV. • No off-road travel or rough terrain — paved or maintained gravel roads only. • No festival use or tailgating unless agreed upon in advance. ⸻ 🚗 Towing Requirements • Tow vehicle must be rated to pull at least 7,600 lbs GVWR. • Electric brake controller is required by law for safe towing. • Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid license and insurance. ⸻ 🏕️ Use & Setup • Always level the trailer before extending the slide-out or awning. • Retract the awning during wind, rain, or when unattended — damage is costly and not covered by insurance. • Only flush RV-safe toilet paper.
