The electric awning features built-in LED strip lighting creating the perfect romantic, glowing ambiance for relaxing outside after the sun goes down. -Please remember to bring linen as it is not supplied ***** Please Note The Rules**** ***No smoking! *** Never let slide in or out halfway, always let slide fully out or bring completely in, never halfway, this will throw the slide off track, you will be responsible for damage ** You are 100% responsible for awning usage, you must fully retract awning whenever wind exceeds 10 miles per hour, during rain or storms, during nighttime hours, or left unattended, only use for shade from the sun only. *** Guests are responsible for monitoring and managing their water usage during the rental period. The RV has limited-capacity gray and black water tanks, and excessive water usage can cause the tanks to fill before the end of your stay. If a tank becomes full and a service visit is required for us to come to the campsite and dump the tanks, an additional dump/service fee will apply. Guests are encouraged to conserve water and monitor tank levels throughout their stay to avoid additional charges. ***Some pets are allowed, Limited two; (multiple pets require multiple deposits) Pet Policy: Keep pets off the furniture and beds, or use designated covers/blankets. Never leave pets unattended inside without supervision or crate. ***If you need flexibility with pick up and drop off times let us know during booking process, willing to work with you. ***If you use any dishes please wash before departing ***Please remove all trash and food from camper ***If picking up YOU are responsible for emptying the tanks (sewage) failure to empty the tanks will result in a fee. There's also an option to choose the add on that will allow you to return the camper without emptying the tanks. If you are having the camper delivered and there’s no septic dump located on the property please add the septic tank option when reserving. ***1hr grace period on returns, late returns will be subject to a late fee in the amount of a nightly rental. (Willing to work with you as long as you communicate with me) ***If you want to reschedule less than 1 week prior to your reservation you may be charged a rescheduling fee ***Lock out services may result in a fee.( If you lock yourself out of the RV and a locksmith needs to be called, you may be responsible for the locksmith fee)
