We rented Éric’s RV for a 10-day road trip around the Gaspésie and overall had a great experience. The RV was comfortable for our family and performed very well throughout the trip. We covered roughly 2,500 km, including some pretty challenging roads and hills in the Gaspésie, and the RV handled them surprisingly well. The Ford V10 has plenty of power! We did encounter a few issues along the way, including a battery problem during the first few days and a couple of minor equipment and maintenance issues. What really made the difference was Éric. He was always available, responsive and very cooperative whenever we contacted him. When we had the battery issue, he worked with us to get it resolved while we were on the road in Trois-Pistoles, and we had no further problems after that. There are a few things that could use some attention before the next rental, particularly in terms of cleaning and some of the RV equipment, but none of this prevented us from having a fantastic trip. Overall, we really enjoyed our first RV experience and our road trip around the Gaspésie. Éric was a very helpful and accommodating host, and we appreciated his support throughout the journey. We would definitely recommend renting from him.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience avec Eric! Grâce à lui, nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en Nouvelle-Écosse. Le VR était confortable et exactement comme décrit. Eric a offert un service exceptionnel du début à la fin : excellente communication, toujours disponible et très sympathique. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage, même avec notre Golden Retriever qui a adoré l’aventure elle aussi!
