2022 Heartland Pioneer BH270
The Pioneer is a 32'7" bunkhouse that sleeps up to 8 and feels closer to a cabin than a camper. A private queen suite up front, a dedicated bunk room in the back for the kids, and a fold-down sofa in between means nobody's drawing straws for a spot. The slide-out opens up a real living room with a dinette big enough for a card game and a meal at the same time.
The kitchen is a full one — solid surface countertops, 3-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, residential high-rise faucet, and a 10 cu ft double-door fridge. You can cook actual dinners in here, not just heat things up.
Outside, the power awning with LED lights turns your site into an evening room. Fifty-two cubic feet of lighted pass-through storage swallows bikes, coolers, chairs, and firewood without eating into your living space. The heated enclosed underbelly means spring hikes and fall leaf season are on the table, not just July.
Small things you'll notice: the mud room seat and shoe shelf by the door, the exterior bathroom access door, power tongue and stabilizer jacks, and a Bluetooth/HDMI stereo for movie nights.
Who it's for
Families with kids. Friend groups. Youth trips and church retreats. First-time campers who want the experience without the learning curve. Anyone who'd rather spend their vacation in the Smokies than in a manual.

Want breakfast, dinner, or s'mores supplies handled too? Just ask and we'll send a custom quote.
House rules
Strictly non-smoking — nothing smoked or vaped inside or within 25 feet of the trailer. We love pets and they're welcome with a $60 pet fee; we just ask you keep them off the furniture and bedding so the next family gets the same clean camper you did. Beyond that, treat The Pioneer like you'd treat a friend's house: leave it tidy and tell us if something needs attention.
We're a faith-driven family, and hospitality is more than a transaction to us. Every guest who stays here matters.
Come as you are — The Pioneer is ready when you are.
