Vandalf is a 2022 Winnebago Solis built on a Ram Promaster 2500 chassis. This unique van sleeps 2-4 people and is roomy and tall enough to accommodate taller ad'van'turers. (My husband is 6.5 and sleeps comfortably on the bed, in the bath, and throughout the cabin - he won't be fully standing up in the shower) Vandalf is fully equipped with plenty of amenities for sleeping, snoozing, and enjoying wherever your travels take you. At 19 feet long and 9 feet high, there aren't many places that Vandalf can't go, park, or settle down for food, entertainment, or a great night's sleep. With on-board solar and propane, you always have access to a cold fridge full of food, stovetop cooking, hot water, interior and exterior lights, and 12v and USB power. Of course you can always hook up to shore power for full use of the 120v outlets. Inside you will find plenty of natural and LED lighting and plenty of storage below the bed and in the cabinets. Full swivel captains chairs, two additional seats, and a table provide a great place to eat, play a game, or plan your next stop. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink and lots of storage. Vandalf also boasts a full wet bath with a grey water cassette toilet (that empties from outside the van). IMPORTANT - a cassette toilet is suitable for pee only, NO poop!!!! The bath also doubles as a closet or warms to serve as a drying room! The sleeping areas consist of a full/ queen size bed in the back of the van, as well as an easy-peasy pop-top that opens to a full bed up top. This bed is even longer than the main bed and will accomodate up to 350 lbs, so you can bring along your road-tripping besties or your adventurous kids. While there isn't an on-board AC unit, we do have two awesome 12v fans, so you can depend on a breeze anytime. And, if you have the pop-top open, it generates quite the air flow. Additionally, you can enjoy the van and all the fresh air your adventure has to offer with screening for the side and rear door areas with magnetic closures. All of the fresh air and none of the bugs! All windows have black out covers so you can opt for absolute privacy no matter where you are. I have traveled throughout the United States in this RV and it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. I have had very few issues and everything works. It has cruise control, rear vision, side vision with the turning signal, built-in GPS as well as using a smart phone. It also an outside entertainment system under the awning and an outside kitchen

From November 15th until warmer weather returns to us. When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV) As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter" until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you) Winterizing your RV’s plumbing is incredibly important, especially if your RV will spend any time at all stored/unoccupied in sub-freezing temperatures over the winter months. Frozen water lines can quickly lead to burst water pipes, a broken water pump, and a devastating amount of damage to the RV itself. Proper RV winterizing of your plumbing system is something almost all RVers need to know how to do at one point or another. PLEASE NOTE: Due to sub freezing temps in our immediate area and to the north of us we will not be permitting any rental unless you are heading to warmer climates. Please contact us for more details letting us know where you are heading prior to making a reservation. This decision will only stay in place until warmer temperatures return to our immediate area. The Preparation fee is not a cleaning fee. To avoid an additional cleaning fee at the end of your adventure please return the RV in the same condition as received. **Flat Fee of $525.00 for any delivery or pick up in New York. For deliveries to Sporting events and Festivals we will need to meet the renter close by so that they can drive into the event. Or the renter can opt to pay an additional fee of $300 for each event to cover “waiting time”
