Nous avons vécu un séjour absolument merveilleux avec Lily à travers le Québec, grâce aux aménagements malins et aux explications claires de Chantal. Tout est bien pensé et facilite la fluidité de l'expérience du road trip. Chantal est parfaite dans sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Je recommande chaleureusement !
Le vr est très agréable à conduire et possède des équipements fonctionnels de très haute qualité. Lorsque nous avons communiqué avec Louis les reponses étaient rapides et très claires. Nous avons adoré notre semaine en VanLife.

He offered a partial refund for the days our travels were impacted, which we really appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his guests having a good experience, not just about the transaction. Mechanical issues can happen with any RV, but what makes the difference is how the owner handles it — and he handled it with responsiveness, fairness, and care.
