Fanshawe Conservation Area - RV Camping in London, ON

Fanshawe Conservation Area is a 560-site campground managed by the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority on Clarke Road in London, Ontario, set around Fanshawe Lake. The park offers 15, 30, and 50-amp electrical sites with water hookups alongside non-electrical premium sites; there are no direct sewer hookups, though pumping and holding-cart services are available. Spanning roughly 2,000 acres with a 20-kilometer trail network for hiking and mountain biking, the park also features a swimming pool and splash pad, a supervised beach, a boat launch and sailing club, and bass and pickerel fishing along the shoreline. Leashed pets are welcome throughout the conservation area, though dogs are restricted from sensitive wildlife habitats during nesting season. Seasonal camping runs from May 1 to October 18, with reservations opening February 1 and peak season from late June to early September, making Fanshawe a full-service lakeside basecamp in southwestern Ontario.
