It felt like a home on wheels, complete with all the amenities we could need. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, and bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper. Mark was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to walk us through all the features of the RV. His responsiveness to any questions we had during the trip was impressive. Jennifer's RV is convenient to Palm Springs, so we flew there, picked up the motor home, and drove it to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument in Southern Arizona, where we camped under the stars. The RV was quite comfortable, well furnished, and all systems worked as intended. Before and during our desert outing, Jennifer was very professional and extremely helpful in answering questions.
