My family had a wonderful experience renting this trailer. The communication from the beginning was incredible. Any questions I had were answered quickly and it felt like I had a partner in this process, which helped as this was my first experience renting a trailer on RVezy. Sheila was a dream at pickup. She helped me get everything set up, and gave a great walkthrough of all of the features and logistics of the trailer. Very thorough and appreciated. I drove away feeling confident on my adventure. My two little ones loved the bunkbeds and the bigger bed was great for me. The trailer was perfect for our little beach campground adventure. Sheila also packed some fun activities for my little ones to play with including wooden airplane gliders, glow sticks, and bubbles. The little gesture was so nice and thoughtful. Overall 100/10 would rent again. Sheila you're a dream and it was so fun to get to take your beautiful trailer out on the open road for a fun weekend.
