Mr Mohammad is very helpful and friendly man, easily to communicate with him and get all information response quickly and accurately. He gave us help at night and solve the problem quickly. All material are clean and ready for us when we pick up the RV.
The Coachmen was amazing for our trip and Clayton was friendly and helpful through the whole process. We greatly appreciated him checking up on us as the trip went along and the RV was exactly as advertised. Warm, cozy, clean, with all systems working properly. It was a great experience.
This was a three night trip for us, Chris was easy to deal with, he showed everything we needed to know about the rig on first inspection, it was easy to drive and maneuver and great fuel mileage. Everything was functional except the electric hot water heater didn’t seem to work but the propane hot water did and only took a few minutes to get hot. We were on full hookup at a state park so we didn’t use the generator although it worked if needed. Return also went smoothly just texted my ETA and Chris was there to meet us. Also it was nice that I didn’t have to add the small amount of propane that we had used, it was basically still full just used for the refrigerator when we were on the road and for the water heater, we used our own barbecue and hot plate for cooking but the propane stove did work if needed. Overall a good experience.
