I am not a seasoned camper by any means. However I have had the opportunity to rent a few campers over the last 2 seasons. This camper has been my favorite. It was extremely spacious, clean and fully equipped. We were able to cook and host dinner for 4 large adults without climbing all over one another in the camper during the rainy evenings. Brooklyn provided a full white glove service with delivery, setup, pickup and even a "how to" session to answer my newbie questions. I could totally get used to camping in this rig. I will be starring this camper in the hopes to rent it again in the future. Thank you Brooklyn!

When the phrase “above and beyond” was created , Shiloh was who they had in mind. Not only did Shiloh rent us his RV for a really important family reunion in Aurora (on the other side of the mountain range), he rented us his truck as well because our vehicle wouldn’t haul it. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate our trip, making sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us daily to make sure all was well. You are in good hands booking with him, he is a man of his word and I would be happy to business with him again. Thanks again Shiloh!!

Do I need a special license to rent an RV in Glendale, Colorado?

A regular driver\u0027s license is all you need to rent an RV in Glendale, Colorado. The state does not require a Commercial Driver\u0027s License (CDL) or special endorsement for personal RV use, even for larger Class A motorhomes, as long as the rig stays under the 26,001-pound commercial threshold, which virtually every RVezy rental does. You generally need to be 25 or older with a valid license, and RVezy verifies your ID securely during booking. Visiting from abroad? Bring an International Driving Permit alongside your home license. Yes, every RV rental in Glendale booked through RVezy includes a renter protection plan and 24/7 roadside assistance. You select your coverage level at checkout, and the protection plan covers most physical damage to the RV, giving you real peace of mind for your Colorado Rockies adventure. If you get a flat on I-25 heading toward Estes Park or need a jump start at Cherry Creek State Park, one call dispatches help any time, day or night. What if I need to cancel my Glendale RV booking?

You can book with confidence. RVezy applies a standard cancellation policy across every listing, including a grace period right after booking during which you can cancel for a full refund. After the grace period, refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to your trip start date. The policy is set by RVezy, not by individual hosts, so the same fair rules apply to every Glendale rental. If a host needs to cancel, RVezy helps you find a replacement rig or issues a refund. Lock in dates early for peak Cherry Creek and Rocky Mountain National Park weekends to get the best rig selection.

Can I bring my dog on a Glendale RV trip?

Yes, Glendale is one of the most dog-loving corners of the Denver metro, and finding a pet-friendly RV rental Glendale is easy on RVezy. Just toggle the Pet-Friendly filter when searching and you'll see rigs whose owners welcome your four-legged co-pilot. Cherry Creek State Park, just 10 minutes away, even has a 107-acre off-leash dog area (the daily off-leash pass is $3), which is genuinely one of the best in the country. Pack a leash for trails and campsites, since the standard six-foot leash rule applies in all Colorado state parks. Some hosts add a small pet cleaning fee, you'll see it spelled out in the listing before you book.

Can the RV be delivered to me in Glendale?

Yes, RV delivery Glendale is widely available on RVezy and it is a game-changer for first-time renters. Many hosts will drive the RV to your home in Glendale, your campsite at Cherry Creek State Park, or a trailhead lot, then level it, hook it up, and walk you through every system before they leave. That means you skip the stress of driving a large motorhome through downtown Denver or navigating I-25 traffic. Filter listings by Delivery when you search. Some hosts deliver free within a set radius, often 10 to 25 miles of Glendale, while longer hauls to Estes Park or Colorado Springs may carry a per-mile fee shown clearly upfront.

When is the best time of year for an RV trip from Glendale?

Glendale's sweet spot for RV camping Glendale runs mid-May through early October, when daytime highs sit between 70°F and 90°F and mountain passes like Trail Ridge Road (typically open late May to mid-October) are clear. July is the warmest month with average highs near 88°F, while May and September deliver fewer crowds, cheaper rates, and stunning aspen color in late September. Winter RVing is absolutely doable too, Cherry Creek State Park's Abilene Loop stays open November 1 through March 31 for snowy-weekend adventures, though the dump station closes for the season. For a first-timer, aim for June or September: long daylight, mild temps, and the best mix of availability and weather.

I've never rented an RV before, will I be okay?

You'll be in great shape. Every RVezy host gives you a full walkthrough at pickup or delivery, covering the generator, slide-outs, water tanks, propane, leveling, and dump procedures, so first time renting an RV in Glendale is way less intimidating than you'd think. Hosts genuinely want you to have a smooth trip and most are reachable by message throughout your rental. For added confidence, choose a smaller Class C motorhome or campervan rental Glendale for your first outing, they drive more like a large van than a bus. Pro tip: ask your host to demonstrate the dump station process during walkthrough; once you've watched it once, it's surprisingly simple.

What happens if the RV breaks down during my trip?

You are covered around the clock. Every booking through RVezy includes 24/7 roadside assistance, so if you get a flat on US-285 heading to Salida, a dead battery at a trailhead near Idaho Springs, or run out of fuel on I-70 climbing toward Eisenhower Tunnel, one phone call dispatches help. Your host is also a quick text away for questions about quirks specific to their rig. Pro tip: before you leave Glendale, save the RVezy support number and your host\u0027s number in your phone, and snap a photo of the VIN and license plate. Colorado mountain cell service can be spotty, so a small notebook with these details is a smart backup.

Can I take my Glendale RV rental into other states or across the border?

Interstate road trips are absolutely on the table and they are one of the best reasons to rent an RV in Colorado. From Glendale you can drive into Wyoming (Grand Teton and Yellowstone are roughly 500 to 560 miles north), Utah (Arches and Moab), New Mexico (Taos and Santa Fe), Kansas, and Nebraska on most RVezy rentals. Confirm out-of-state travel with your host before booking. RVezy coverage applies across the United States and Canada with host approval, but travel into Mexico is not permitted because coverage does not extend there. Pro tip: Colorado to Utah via I-70 through Glenwood Canyon is one of the most scenic RV drives in America.

How much should I budget for fuel on a Glendale RV trip?

Fuel is usually the second-biggest line item after the rental itself, so it's worth planning. Class A motorhomes around Glendale average 7 to 10 miles per gallon (MPG), Class C rigs get 10 to 14 MPG, campervans hit 18 to 22 MPG, and travel trailers depend on your tow vehicle (typically 10 to 15 MPG when towing). Colorado gas prices have recently averaged around $3.00 to $3.40 per gallon, slightly below the national average. For a 500-mile loop from Glendale to Rocky Mountain National Park and back in a Class C, expect roughly $130 to $170 in fuel. Pro tip: fuel up in the Denver metro before climbing into the mountains, prices jump 30 to 60 cents per gallon in resort towns like Estes Park and Breckenridge.

How far in advance should I book a campground near Glendale?

Book early and you'll have stress-free options. Colorado Parks and Wildlife opens reservations 6 months ahead at cpwshop.com, and prime summer weekends at Cherry Creek, Chatfield, and Golden Gate Canyon State Parks fill the moment the booking window opens. Federal campgrounds in Rocky Mountain National Park (Moraine Park, Glacier Basin, Aspenglen) book through Recreation.gov on the same 6-month rolling schedule and sell out in minutes for July and August. Nightly fees at Colorado state parks run roughly $28 to $41 plus a $10 daily vehicle pass. Pro tip: if your dates are full, set up cancellation alerts, weekday spots open up constantly, especially Sunday-through-Thursday stays.
cpw.state.co.us/buy-apply/camping-reservations

What are driving conditions like in and around Glendale?

Glendale itself is a flat, easy enclave inside the Denver metro, so getting your rig out of town is straightforward, just avoid the I-25 and I-225 rush hours (7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays). Once you head west on I-70 into the Rockies, you'll climb from 5,400 feet to over 11,000 feet at Eisenhower Tunnel, and grades can hit 6 to 7 percent, so use lower gears on descents and let your brakes cool. Summer afternoon thunderstorms are common, and mountain passes can see snow even in June. Pro tip: check codot.gov for real-time road conditions, and skip mountain trips on Sunday afternoons when ski-and-hike traffic clogs I-70 eastbound for hours.
codot.gov/travel/colorado-road-conditions

What amenities do campgrounds near Glendale offer?

Front Range campgrounds are well-equipped. Cherry Creek State Park has 135 sites with 30- and 50-amp electric, a mix of full-hookup and electric-only sites, hot showers, flush toilets, coin laundry, and a dump station that's open April through October. Chatfield and Bear Creek Lake Park offer similar setups with potable water fill stations. For mountain campgrounds like Reverend's Ridge at Golden Gate Canyon, expect electric sites but no sewer, so plan a dump stop on the way back. Pro tip: the closest public dump stations to Glendale are at Cherry Creek State Park and Chatfield State Park (small fee for non-campers), and Camping World on Havana Street is a reliable backup when state park stations are seasonal-closed.
cpw.state.co.us/state-parks/cherry-creek-state-park/cherry-creek-state-park-camping-lodging

What's included inside a typical Glendale RV rental?

Glendale-area motorhome rental Glendale listings come ready to camp. Most include a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils), a bathroom with toilet and shower, comfortable sleeping for 2 to 8 depending on size, climate control (air conditioning and furnace, both essential at Colorado's elevation), and seatbelted seats matching the listed sleep count. Many hosts throw in bedding, towels, outdoor chairs, a hose, and leveling blocks. Generators, Wi-Fi hotspots, TVs, and solar setups vary by listing, so check the amenities section before you book. Pro tip: at Colorado's higher elevations, the furnace matters more than the AC, even July nights at Rocky Mountain National Park can dip into the 30s.
nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/weather.htm

What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

Hosts in Glendale offer plenty of useful extras to customize your trip. Common add-ons include generators ($25 to $50 per day), bike racks, kayak racks, camping chairs and tables, propane fire pits, kitchen kits, and Starlink or hotspot rentals (a lifesaver for remote canyon campgrounds). Pickup is usually at the host's location in the Glendale, Aurora, or Cherry Creek area, but many hosts offer delivery and even one-way drop-off for popular routes like Glendale to Denver International Airport. Mileage policies vary: some listings include 100 to 200 free miles per day, others offer unlimited mileage RV rental, and overage is typically $0.30 to $0.45 per mile. Pro tip: message the host before booking to bundle add-ons, you'll often get a better rate.

How does payment and the security deposit work?

Payment is simple and fully handled through RVezy, with no cash to hosts and no third-party payment apps. You pay the rental total securely online when you book, and a refundable security deposit is pre-authorized on your card a few days before pickup. Deposits typically range from $500 to $1,500 depending on the RV value, and the hold is released after the trip once the host confirms the rig was returned in good shape. To avoid issues: take date-stamped photos inside and out at both pickup and drop-off, refill fuel and propane to the original level, and empty the tanks if your host requests it. Keep your fuel, dump station, and propane receipts from your Glendale RV trip until your deposit is refunded.

Can I RV in winter from Glendale?

Yes, and Colorado winter RVing is genuinely magical if you prep right. Glendale winters are cold but sunny, with December and January highs around 42°F and lows in the low 20s°F, plus regular sunshine that melts road snow quickly along the Front Range. Cherry Creek State Park keeps its Abilene Loop open year-round with electric hookups, and Chatfield offers winter sites too. Look for RV rental Colorado listings tagged as four-season or with heated holding tanks, enclosed underbellies, and shore power, those are the rigs built for sub-freezing nights. Pro tip: dump and winterize your gray and black tanks before extended freezes, and bring a heated water hose if you plan to stay hooked up. Bonus: ski resorts like Loveland and Echo Mountain are under 90 minutes from Glendale.
