As first-time RV renters, we had a great experience from start to finish. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly easy to learn and operate, even for beginners. The RV matches the photos and description. Overall, everything worked smoothly and without any issues. The only issue is high fuel consumption. This may be normal for this type of vehicle, but it's hard for me to say since it was my first experience. Kristin was nice, responsive, and always available.
