Anthony’s 12’ GeoPro trailer was a great rental experience. It was easy to connect and disconnect, which made pickup and drop-off simple and stress-free. The trailer had everything we needed, including a table, chairs, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and place settings. The kitchen was a huge bonus and made the trip much more comfortable. Overall, it was well-equipped, easy to use, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I took my 16 year old son and 2 adult friends to there first NFL game and to watch our Oilers in Seattle in late November. Dave's RV was the perfect accommodation for the 3 days! What was awesome was the communication with Dave prior to the rental. He answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. In this day and age where customer service seems to be almost no existent Dave went above and beyond. Dave went through the pre trip check with me and my son and that interaction showed he cared about us having a positive experience. With any type of rental things could go wrong, nothing did for us, but I felt reassured Dave would be there if anything did, peace of mind! RV was just what we needed for this trip. Thanks again Dave!!

Mark was a wonderful host. This was our first time traveling by RV and he was extremely patient and accommodating with all of our questions. The RV was clean when we picked it up, stocked with household items, such as; dishes, utensils, hand soap and toilet paper. The RV is spacious and comfortable and was the perfect "house on wheels" to travel in. We needed something that would get us up north fast because of an extremely ill family member, and this made our road time so much shorter than having to stop and get a hotel. We would highly recommend Mark as a host and would rent his RV again!

Chris was really great to work with! He's very personable, responsive, helpful, and flexible. He was willing to move around our pick-up to better suit our needs, within his abilities. This was greatly appreciated. He offered to give us a ride to the light rail after returning the RV. And he had great suggestions for us during our trip that helped save us time and money. We had a great time on our first RV adventure in his RV, "Miles of Smiles". Vehicle AC is being fixed, it didn't bother us. Camper AC worked great on the generator or electric hookup. We couldn't get the shower water heater to work, but we preferred the campground showers anyways. Everything else worked great on the RV. Lots of fridge/freezer space. Stove and microwave worked well as well as the propane grill if you encounter a burn ban. LOVED the Space you got with the slide out, the awning was really fun, the bunk above the cab was loved by our kids, the TV/DVD was needed at the end of a long day!, and all the storage was excellent. This was very comfortable and enjoyable ride for our 4 day adventure in Olympic and the North Cascades! Thanks so much Chris. We appreciate you!

Frequently asked questions about renting an RV in Mill Creek, WA

How much does it cost to rent an RV in Mill Creek, WA?

An RV rental in Mill Creek is often more affordable than hotels in the Seattle metro. On RVezy, travel trailers typically range from about $90 to $150 per night, campervans from $125 to $200, and Class A or Class C motorhomes from $175 to $325, depending on size, age, and amenities. For a cheaper RV rental in Mill Creek, look at midweek trips in May or late September when Snohomish County demand softens. Pro tip: filter for Instant Book and combine a host's weekly discount with a delivered trailer to save on both the nightly rate and fuel.

What license do I need to rent an RV in Mill Creek, WA?

Good news: a regular Washington or out-of-state driver's license is all you need for nearly every RV rental in Mill Creek. RVezy does not require a commercial license or special endorsement for the motorhomes, campervans, and trailers on the platform, including larger Class A units. Approved drivers are generally 25 or older, and ID verification is handled securely during booking. Visiting from outside the US? Bring your home license plus an International Driving Permit. Most first-time renters in the Mill Creek area are surprised how quickly they're cleared to head north on I-5 toward the Cascades.

Is insurance and roadside assistance included with my RV rental in Mill Creek?

Yes. Every RVezy booking in Mill Creek includes a renter protection plan and 24/7 roadside assistance, so you're covered from the moment you leave the host's driveway. Protection plans cover physical damage to the RV at the coverage level you select at checkout (not the host), so you can adjust protection up or down based on your comfort. If you get a flat near Stevens Pass or a dead battery at the Wallace Falls trailhead, one call dispatches help. That's a lot less to worry about on your Mill Creek RV trip.

What is the cancellation policy if my Mill Creek plans change?

You can book your RV rental in Mill Creek with confidence. RVezy sets a consistent cancellation policy on every reservation, including a grace period right after booking during which you can cancel for a full refund. After that window, refund eligibility depends on how close you are to your trip start date. Because RVezy (not the individual host) manages cancellations, the process is the same across every listing. If plans shift before your Snohomish County getaway, open your booking and follow the cancellation flow, or contact RVezy support to walk through your options.

Can I bring my dog on a pet-friendly RV rental in Mill Creek?

Absolutely. Many hosts offer pet-friendly RV rental in Mill Creek, and you can filter listings by the Pet-Friendly tag to see them instantly. Locally, North Creek Park's wetland boardwalks make a great pre-trip walk. Washington State Parks allow leashed pets (8-foot leash maximum) at campsites, including nearby Wallace Falls and Deception Pass, so your dog can join most adventures. Pro tip: message the host before booking to confirm pet fees and any cleaning expectations so checkout goes smoothly.

Can the RV be delivered to my campsite or driveway in Mill Creek?

Yes, RV delivery in Mill Creek is one of the most popular ways to start a trip, especially if you've never towed before. Many hosts will deliver a motorhome or tow your travel trailer to your driveway or a local campground such as Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell or Flowing Lake Park near Snohomish, then level the RV, hook up power and water, and walk you through every system. Use the Delivery filter on RVezy to see who offers it and the per-mile fee. It turns a first-time rental into a turnkey vacation, with no backing into a site required.

How far can I drive, and how does mileage work on a Mill Creek RV rental?

You've got plenty of road ahead. Hosts in Mill Creek typically include 100 to 150 free miles per night, and some offer RV rental with unlimited mileage, which is ideal for longer Pacific Northwest loops. From Mill Creek you're about 20 miles to downtown Seattle, 55 miles to Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest's Verlot area, 110 miles to Mount Rainier's Sunrise entrance, 110 miles to North Cascades National Park, and roughly 140 miles to Olympic National Park via the Edmonds-Kingston ferry. Each listing shows the included mileage and overage rate up front. Pro tip: if your route includes Stevens Pass or Mount Rainier, filter for unlimited mileage to keep budgeting simple.

Where are the best campgrounds near Mill Creek, WA?

You're surrounded by great options for RV camping near Mill Creek. Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell (about 8 miles south) offers full hookups and is the closest urban option to Seattle. Flowing Lake Park and Campground near Snohomish (about 20 miles east) has lakeside sites with hookups and swimming. Wenberg County Park on Lake Goodwin (about 25 miles north) is family-friendly with electric sites. For state-park scenery, Wallace Falls State Park (about 30 miles east) puts you next to waterfalls, and Deception Pass State Park (about 60 miles north) is Washington's most visited state park. Pro tip: Snohomish County parks book through the county system, while state parks book at washington.goingtocamp.com.

When is the best time of year for a Mill Creek RV trip?

The sweet spot for an RV trip out of Mill Creek is mid-June through mid-September, when daytime highs sit around 70 to 80°F and rainfall drops to just an inch or two per month: the classic Pacific Northwest dry season. May and late September are smart shoulder seasons, with cooler mid-60s temps but quieter campgrounds and softer rates. Winter is genuinely rainy in the lowlands and snowy in the Cascades, but cozy heated rentals and Stevens Pass ski trips make it a real option. Pro tip: book July weekends 4 to 6 months out, since Washington State Parks release sites on a 9-month rolling window.

I've never rented an RV before. Will I be okay driving around the Mill Creek area?

You'll do great, and you won't be on your own. First time renting an RV in Mill Creek means your host gives you a full walkthrough at pickup: leveling, the propane stove, fresh water fill, tank dumping, and the awning. Local roads make a friendly first drive too: I-5 and I-405 are wide, and most highways into the Cascades are well-graded. If city driving makes you nervous, ask for delivery so the host parks the rig for you. Pro tip: plan a short first leg, maybe just 30 miles to Flowing Lake Park, so you can settle in before tackling US-2 toward Leavenworth.

What happens if I break down or have a problem during my trip?

Help is just a phone call away. Every RV rental in Mill Creek through RVezy includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the protection plan, covering common issues like flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and tows. If something happens on the way over Stevens Pass or in a remote spot near Mount Baker, the closest available service is dispatched. Your host is also reachable through the RVezy app for system questions, and RVezy customer support is available before, during, and after your trip. Pro tip: snap photos of the breaker panel and water valves at pickup, that single habit solves most late-night questions.

Can I take my Mill Creek RV rental to Canada or other states?

Cross-border road trips are on the table. Mill Creek is about 110 miles from the Peace Arch crossing at Blaine, making a run up to Vancouver, BC or the Sea-to-Sky Highway very doable. Many RVezy hosts allow Canada travel, but you must confirm with the host before booking and request a cross-border letter so insurance coverage can be verified. Interstate travel within the US (Oregon, Idaho, California) is generally fine, and a popular RV road trip from Mill Creek heads south on I-5 to Crater Lake (about 470 miles) or the Oregon Coast. Travel into Mexico isn't allowed on RVezy rentals, as protection coverage doesn't extend there.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039340074-Insurance-coverage-validity

What kind of fuel mileage should I expect, and how much should I budget?

Fuel is usually the biggest variable on a Mill Creek RV trip, but it's easy to estimate. Campervans (Class B) typically get about 18-22 MPG, Class C motorhomes get 8-12 MPG, and large Class A diesels run 7-10 MPG; towable trailers depend on your tow vehicle. Washington gas prices in the Seattle metro have recently run higher than the national average, with diesel slightly above gasoline. For a 4-day trip to Mount Rainier (roughly 400 miles round trip in a Class C), budget around $180-$240 in fuel. Pro tip: Costco in Lynnwood and the Tulalip Costco off I-5 typically have the cheapest gas in Snohomish County.
eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/

How far in advance should I book a campground near Mill Creek?

The earlier the better for summer, but you've still got real flexibility. Washington State Parks (Wallace Falls, Deception Pass, Mount Spokane) open reservations 9 months in advance through washington.goingtocamp.com, and prime July and August weekends at popular sites near Mill Creek can sell out within minutes of release. Snohomish County parks like Flowing Lake and Wenberg release through the county reservation system on shorter windows. National forest sites in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie open 6 months out on recreation.gov. Pro tip: same-day reservations are available at many Washington State Parks, so spontaneous Mill Creek RV trip plans can still land a great site.
parks.wa.gov/passes-permits/reservations/making-reservations

What are the local driving conditions like around Mill Creek?

Mill Creek's location is RV-friendly. The main routes (I-5, I-405, and SR-9) are wide, well-paved, and easy to navigate in any size motorhome, though weekday rush hour from 3-6 p.m. through Lynnwood and Bothell is real, so plan departures around it. Heading east on US-2 toward Stevens Pass or the Mountain Loop Highway brings tighter curves, steeper grades, and seasonal snow. WSDOT can require traction tires or chains in mountain pass areas during winter conditions, so always check posted requirements. Pro tip: check WSDOT's mountain pass cameras before any Cascade drive in shoulder season.
wsdot.wa.gov/travel/real-time/mountainpasses

What amenities do campgrounds near Mill Creek typically offer?

You'll have your pick of comfort levels. Full-hookup parks like Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell offer 30/50-amp power, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and laundry. State parks such as Wallace Falls and Deception Pass typically have water and 30-amp electric at premium sites plus a centralized dump station and potable water fill, while standard sites are dry with shared facilities. Snohomish County parks like Flowing Lake offer mostly water and electric sites with a dump station on site. Pro tip: if you need a quick dump and fill between trips around Mill Creek, the Smokey Point Safety Rest Area off I-5 has a public RV dump station.
parks.wa.gov/find-activity/activity-search/camping

What's included inside the RV itself?

You'll be impressed at how complete these rigs are. Most RV rentals in Mill Creek come fully equipped: queen or king beds with linens (many hosts include them, some charge a small add-on), a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, cookware, plates, and coffee maker, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Class C motorhomes and travel trailers typically sleep 4-7 with bunk and dinette conversions and have seatbelted seating for travel. Expect a furnace, air conditioning, and a TV; many include solar, a generator, or a backup camera. Wi-Fi is hit or miss near the Cascades, so plan to use your phone hotspot. Each listing shows exactly what's included.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Mill%20Creek%2C%20Washington

What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

You can really customize your campervan rental in Mill Creek. Common host add-ons include bedding and linen packages, camp chairs and tables, bike racks, kayak or SUP carriers, generators, portable Wi-Fi hotspots, and pet fees. Pickup is typically at the host's home address in Mill Creek, Bothell, Everett, or Lynnwood between 1 and 4 p.m., with return between 10 a.m. and noon, though flexible windows are often negotiable. Mileage policies range from 100 free miles per night to unlimited. Pro tip: confirm dump-and-fill expectations at return; many hosts include a small fee to handle it for you, so you don't need to find a dump station before drop-off.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Mill%20Creek%2C%20Washington

How does payment and the security deposit work?

Payment is straightforward and fully handled through the RVezy platform; no cash or off-platform payments to the host. You'll pay your booking total when you reserve, using a credit or debit card. A refundable security deposit (typically several hundred to a couple of thousand dollars depending on the RV) is pre-authorized on your card before pickup, not actually charged, and released after return as long as the RV comes back in the same condition. Pro tip: take a quick walkaround video at pickup and drop-off in the host's Mill Creek driveway. That single habit prevents most deposit disputes and keeps your trip stress-free.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038106214-How-the-security-deposit-works

Can I rent an RV in Mill Creek during winter, and is it set up for cold weather?

Yes, winter rentals are a cozy option, especially for ski trips. Many Mill Creek hosts keep their RVs available year-round and equip them with heated holding tanks, enclosed underbellies, propane furnaces, and shore-power capability so you can stay warm when lowland temps drop into the 30s and the Cascades sit well below freezing. Stevens Pass Ski Area is about 75 miles east on US-2, and several nearby campgrounds, including Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell, stay open through winter with full hookups. Pro tip: ask your host about four-season or winter-ready features, and request a propane fill add-on so you don't run out mid-snowstorm.
