How to get to Emma Wood State Beach

Emma Wood State Beach is located two miles west of Ventura, California, off Highway 101. The park is approximately 68 miles from Los Angeles (1 hour 10 minutes) and 27 miles from Santa Barbara (30 minutes). RVs up to 40 feet can access North Beach campsites, while the Ventura River Group Camp accommodates RVs up to 45 feet. Note the narrow turnaround areas and low clearance in tight spots; adjacent railroad tracks may produce noise. Santa Barbara Airport is the nearest major airport, approximately 37 miles north.
