This is the second time that we rented a trailer from Lance for a long weekend getaway. Everything from initial booking to communication to delivery was outstanding! We had a great experience with Patrick! The rv came with clean beds already made, towels, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment and anything else we would need to use. He had good communication and showed us where everything was and how it worked. We would definitely recommend Patrick to our friends and use him again! :)

Joseph was incredibly accommodating and flexible. He was available at pretty much all hours with open communication and understanding when I had to adjust my drop off date. He's very friendly and gave me a full tour of the trailer I rented. He showed me all of the in and outs and had it fully stocked for anything I could need. I feel like five stars isn't enough. I will definitely book with him in the future as he made this entire process a breeze.
