He was extremely responsive throughout the process. The RV was immaculate inside and newly washed on the outside. The RV ran well and the trip was smooth. We had a great experience renting from Matt and would absolutely recommend his RV to anyone considering an RV trip. We were first-time RV users, and a little nervous going into it, but Matt made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable The RV itself was clean, easy to drive, and surprisingly simple to set up at the campsite. Everything worked exactly as expected, which made for a smooth and seamless weekend.
