Okanagan RV Park is winterized, allowing stays to extend beyond summer and enabling access to cross-country and downhill skiing and snowmobiling in the surrounding mountains.

Bear Creek has 143 campsites with upgraded flush toilets, showers, a sani-station, concession, playground, and picnic area, and offers 21 reservable vehicle-accessible campsites with electrical hookups, with sites in the 123 to 143 range including 30-amp service and pull-through paved sites with 50-amp service and water. Cell service is generally reliable given proximity to Kelowna. Private RV parks in West Kelowna tend to be compact, level, full-hookup properties oriented toward touring RVs rather than tent camping. Expect paved or gravel pads, laundry, and washroom buildings, with less tree cover than a provincial park. Come prepared for hot, dry summer days, cool nights, and strong midday sun. Bring shade, drinking water, bear-aware food storage on the lakeshore, and a plan for wildfire smoke, which can roll into the valley on short notice during fire season.
