Campgrounds and RV parks near Studholm, NB

Studholm is a rural parish in Kings County, New Brunswick, sitting in the Kennebecasis River valley just north of the town of Sussex. The area works well as an RV base for exploring southern New Brunswick, with quick highway access to the Bay of Fundy coast, Fundy National Park, and the Hopewell Rocks, plus a network of covered bridges and farm markets closer to home. Camping options within a short drive cover a range from full-service parks to smaller family-run grounds. Sussex KOA Journey is the largest campground in Southern New Brunswick and anchors the immediate area, while Millstream Scenic View Campground, All Done RV Camping, RiverRun Campground, and Lone Pine Park and Cabins offer quieter alternatives within roughly a half-hour drive of Studholm. Most sites in this part of New Brunswick operate seasonally, opening in May and closing in mid to late October. Travellers should plan around that window and reserve full-service sites early for July and August.

Private campgrounds handle their own reservations directly. Sussex KOA Journey books through the KOA website or by phone, and smaller parks such as Millstream Scenic View Campground, All Done RV Camping, RiverRun Campground, and Lone Pine Park and Cabins take bookings by phone, email, or their own websites. For summer weekends, contact the park several weeks ahead. For a Fundy National Park stopover, reservations are managed through the Parks Canada reservation system at reservation.pc.gc.ca. The service opens in January, and sites at Fundy National Park tend to fill quickly, so booking as far in advance as possible is recommended, especially for yurts, oTENTiks, or rustic cabins. A valid park entry pass is required in addition to the campsite fee.
