The Twenty Valley wine region is the main draw. Estate wineries, cideries, and farm stands line the roads between Vineland, Jordan, and Beamsville, and the Bruce Trail follows the Niagara Escarpment through the area, offering hiking with escarpment views. Families typically pair a day at Niagara Falls with quieter time closer to camp. Paddlers can canoe or kayak on Twenty Mile Creek or the Welland River, and quiet country roads make for scenic cycling. Ball's Falls Conservation Area offers waterfalls and 19th-century mill ruins a short drive north. Chippawa Creek Conservation Area, in West Lincoln itself, has a reservoir with non-motorized boating, swimming, fishing, and picnic areas. It is one of only two NPCA conservation areas with overnight camping, alongside Long Beach on Lake Erie.

Amenities at the major private parks are geared to families. Jordan Valley Campground offers serviced sites, hot showers, laundry, a swimming pool, and a playground, with both sunny sites along Twenty Mile Creek and tree-lined forest sites. Pools, splash pads, and recreation halls are common at the larger resorts. Big-rig access varies. Some parks have easy pull-throughs; others involve narrow rural roads and tight interior turns, so confirm site dimensions and access before arrival. Cell coverage is generally reliable across the area.
