Jose was great at communicating timing for delivery and pick up and when we had questions about the fridge and furnace, drove out of his way to help. The service was fantastic. Scarlett and John provided us with an amazing experience. We have an 8,7 and 4 year old and we all slept so soundly in the trailer. The queen bed was super comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The air conditioner worked amazing and the sound of it helped us all sleep! The rv had games for the kids in it and we spent some mid the rainy day and evenings playing them. They also provided us with beach toys that we got great use of! I highly recommend this rv. It was easy to clean up after and plenty of storage for groceries. The fridge and freezer were a great size too :) we had the best time.
