Most of the nearby camping is concentrated in two Arkansas state parks and a cluster of private and casino-affiliated parks a short drive across the Mississippi River. Village Creek State Park, to the north near Wynne, is the largest option in the region. It covers nearly 7,000 acres and offers 96 campsites along with 10 cabins, hiking trails, two lakes, and a 27-hole golf course on Crowley's Ridge. To the south near Marianna, Mississippi River State Park provides access to Bear Creek Lake, Storm Creek Lake, and the St. Francis National Forest. Closer to town, Dub'l R RV Park in Brinkley handles quick overnight stops off I-40. For a resort-style stay with hookups, Hollywood Casino Hotel and RV Park is roughly an hour east across the river in Tunica, Mississippi.

Arkansas state park sites at Village Creek, Mississippi River State Park, and the renovated Storm Creek Lake Recreational Area are reservable through the Arkansas State Parks online reservation system or by phone at the park office. Village Creek runs Loop A with water and electric, Loop B with full hookups on concrete pads, and a separate equestrian campground with 30 water-and-electric sites. Peak-season weekends fill quickly, so booking several weeks ahead is recommended. Lone Pine in Mississippi River State Park operates as first-come, first-served for its 14 primitive sites, with self-registration handled at the park visitor center. Hollywood Casino Hotel and RV Park in Tunica and Dub'l R RV Park in Brinkley are booked directly with the operator rather than through a state portal.
