Village Creek State Park in Wynne, Arkansas, spreads across nearly 7,000 acres of forested hills and clear streams on Crowley's Ridge in the eastern Arkansas Delta region. With 96 campsites offering a range of hookup options — including full-hookup sites with water, 50-amp service, and sewer, as well as 30-amp and 50-amp configurations — the park accommodates RVers of all setups, with big rig-friendly sites available. Amenities include electrical hookups, a dump station, showers, flush toilets, picnic tables, grills, firewood, and a playground, making it well-suited for families and extended stays. A dedicated horse camp with stable facilities rounds out the diverse camping options. Beyond the campground, 33 miles of trails invite hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian riding, including one of the most intact remaining segments of the historic Trail of Tears route. Two scenic lakes offer kayak rentals and fishing, while The Ridges at Village Creek — an Andy Dye-designed 27-hole championship golf course rated #1 in Arkansas by Golfweek Magazine — provides a standout attraction. Tennis courts, two theaters, pavilions, and interpretive programs add to the park's appeal. Pets are welcome.
