Campgrounds and RV parks near Pleasant Hill, TN

Pleasant Hill sits atop the Cumberland Plateau in central Tennessee, roughly halfway between Nashville and Knoxville along the Interstate 40 corridor. RV campgrounds around Pleasant Hill sit at elevations typically ranging between 1,800 and 2,000 feet above sea level, and the plateau experiences cooler summer temperatures than the lower Tennessee Valley. The nearest public option is Cumberland Mountain State Park in Crossville, part of Tennessee's state park system on the Cumberland Plateau, with a forested setting around Byrd Lake and historic Civilian Conservation Corps structures throughout the landscape.
