Campgrounds and RV parks near Lakeview, WA

Lakeview is a small unincorporated community in Grant County, Washington, in the heart of the Columbia Basin. The surrounding landscape is high-desert shrub-steppe carved by Ice Age floods, with dozens of lakes and reservoirs across the county offering fishing, boating, and shoreline camping within a short drive of town. RV travelers typically base out of nearby Soap Lake and Ephrata, which sit on State Route 17 and connect quickly to the Sun Lakes-Dry Falls corridor. Soap Lake Resort RV & Campground and Smokiam RV Resort put visitors on the mineral-rich lake itself, while Ephrata RV Park and Campground and Oasis RV Park and Golf Course provide full-service sites closer to grocery stores, fuel, and highway access. For a more scenic setting, Blue Lake Resort sits along Blue Lake in the coulee country south of Dry Falls, surrounded by basalt cliffs and warm-water fisheries. Nearby Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park anchors the region with 96 standard sites and 41 full-hookup sites spread across nine loops along Park Lake and neighboring waters.

Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park reservations are handled through the Washington State Parks system online at washington.goingtocamp.com or by phone at (888) CAMPOUT. Campsite reservations can be made up to nine months in advance of the first date of the trip, and summer weekends often book out shortly after the window opens. A Discover Pass is required for day-use vehicle access to Washington State Parks. Private parks near Lakeview, including Soap Lake Resort RV & Campground, Smokiam RV Resort, Oasis RV Park and Golf Course, Ephrata RV Park and Campground, and Blue Lake Resort, are booked directly through each property's website or by phone. Holiday weekends and fishing-opener weekends fill first. Confirm rig length, hookup type, and pet policies at time of booking.
