Quincy sits in central Washington's Columbia Basin, on the high desert plateau above the Columbia River. The town is roughly 20 miles north of Interstate 90 and serves as the closest service hub for the river canyon, the Gorge Amphitheatre, and the shrub-steppe lakes that draw anglers and hikers from across the Pacific Northwest.
