Top of the line for her category. She'll be stocked with coffe, BBQ grill and chairs and table for outdoor grilling. Be the first to take her out for a spin. Bike rack. GPS provided for a fee.
Fully Equipped RV with a slide-out in great condition with all the comforts of home located in Springfield (Burlington County). The RV includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, toilet paper, hand soap and queen bed linens only. Will also include four camping chairs and an outdoor mat. Sleeps up to 8 people with loft bed, a sofa bed, dinette convertible bed, and a queen bed (Max 8 but I usually recommend no more than 6 so you're not tight sleeping, maybe 7 if small children are included in that number). Interior options include a 40-inch TV, DVD/BluRay player, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop and oven. Second TV newly installed in bedroom, bring your own streaming device or rent ours. A full awning with outdoor lighting is a nice addition. We can adjust pickup and drop-off timing to work best for both our schedules and discuss prior to rental period. $50 per hour late fee if dropped off after the agreed upon time. Equipment includes: Fresh water hose Sewer hose 30-amp electrical service Backup camera 4,000-watt generator 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. 2. Please return the RV in the same condition as delivered. You will not be charged optional fees if all tasks are performed including full gas tank, grey and black water tanks emptied and flushed out. RV should also be cleaned including surfaces wiped down, floor swept, appliances cleaned and bathroom fixtures cleaned. No mopping. 3. No off-road travels permitted. 4. No roof access permitted. 5. Please only use biodegradable RV bath tissue. No flushing of any other items. 6. Towing will only be allowed with authorization by owner. 7. The air conditioning, heater, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of any issues that arise. 8. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 9. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period. 10. Tolls must be paid by renter. Please bring EZPass or cash to make payments. Any tolls not paid by renter is subject to a $50 fee for each toll. 11. Please no overnight boondocking as it puts wear and tear on the electrical system. 12. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.

The AM/FM/CD touch screen, with Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility, radio also has 2 outdoor speakers for when you want to relax outdoors under the power awning/canopy. Your pets are also very welcome on board. A shower separate from the toilet with its own private door. There is also a door separating the kitchen lounge area from the rear queen bedroom and the restroom area. This RV is self sufficient equipped with a a roof top air conditioner and heater, hot and cold fresh water tank and a generator so you can travel off the grid. She is a 2023 Thor Motor Coach manufacturer motorhome riding on a Ram Promaster chassis. Scope 18A is fully equipped with plenty of amenities. At 18 feet long and 9 feet 6 high, entertainment, or a great night's sleep, and with an easy-peasy pop-top that has full bed up top, you can bring along your road-tripping besties or your adventurous kids. It is equipped with bike rack, storage caddy and add on option of portable BBQ grill! Inside you will find plenty of natural and LED lighting and ample storage below the bed and in the cabinets. Full swivel captains chairs, two additional seats with 3-point safety belts, and a table provide a great place to eat, play a game, or plan your next stop. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink and lots of storage. Scope 18A also boasts a full wet bath with a grey water cassette toilet (that empties from outside the van). The bath also doubles as a closet or warms to serve as a drying room! The sleeping areas consist of a full size bed in the back of the van as well as pop-top bed that will sleep 1-3 people up to 350 lbs. There is an cabinet AC unit for your comfort! You can enjoy the van and all the fresh air your adventure has to offer with screening for the side and rear door areas with magnetic closures. Black out covers for all windows also means you can opt for absolute privacy no matter where you are. Scope 18A has a solar roof top charging system, and also comes with a electric patio awning. Other Notes: 1. No smoking or hooka of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit. 2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e. full gas tank, grey water and toilet emptied and flushed out. Cleaning/prep fee is charged for everything wiped clean, toilet cleaned, floors and furniture vacuumed, appliances wiped down, and floors cleaned with a damp cloth and detergent, if you clean it before return, we will apply $50 off mileage overage. Ask questions if needed. No mopping as the excessive water will damage the floor and RV. FOR CLARITY - the unit needs to be in rental condition when it is returned. If it is not in a rental condition when it is returned, you will be charged to get it back in rental condition. 3. No Roof Top Access. If evidence is found when there rig is returned, it will result in forfeiture of security deposit. 4. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. If you don’t it may stick to toilet tank. I suggest you fill the tank, nearly full with water, before you dump so you get a good flush of the tank. After you empty, refill with at least a 1/2 tank of water and empty again. 5. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion. 6. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up. 7. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and toilet before returning RV to owner. Use plenty of water with the black tank. Unless you elect to pay for sewage dumping. 8. Towing Policy: Towing will only be allowed through RVEZY insurance. 9. Appliances: The A/C, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of an issue arises. 10. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. 11. All trips West of the Mississippi River need our approval prior to booking. 12. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period.
