The first thing you will notice is that the communication with Juan and Leslie is great. We agreed on pickup and drop off time. The trailer was loaded with everything I needed. It felt super clean and comfortable like I would keep my own. The fridge did go out before my rental but they let me know right away so if I wanted to change my rental. I didn't and it let me prepare with coolers for the trip since it was a shorter trip. If you are going to Kings Canyon to Sequoia National Parks, this is a great trailer that will make it through the mountains like a breeze. Cheers!
