The use of the weight distribution hitch was also a big plus, made towing this unit with my smaller truck pretty effortless. All in all, was an excellent first RV experience for my wife and I, and the pups of course. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were, cuz let's face it, you don't know what you don't know - until you ask. Matthew was very accommodating with the pick-up and drop-off logistics. And he even allowed my elderly mother to “test” the steps and seating several weeks ahead of time to ensure she would be comfortable for the trip. The overall RV was clean and operated wonderfully. I would definitely recommend renting from Matthew.
