2021 Forest River Travel Trailer
Anthony’s 12’ GeoPro trailer was a great rental experience. It was easy to connect and disconnect, which made pickup and drop-off simple and stress-free. The trailer had everything we needed, including a table, chairs, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and place settings. The kitchen was a huge bonus and made the trip much more comfortable. Overall, it was well-equipped, easy to use, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

I took my 16 year old son and 2 adult friends to there first NFL game and to watch our Oilers in Seattle in late November. Dave's RV was the perfect accommodation for the 3 days! What was awesome was the communication with Dave prior to the rental. He answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. In this day and age where customer service seems to be almost no existent Dave went above and beyond. Dave went through the pre trip check with me and my son and that interaction showed he cared about us having a positive experience. With any type of rental things could go wrong, nothing did for us, but I felt reassured Dave would be there if anything did, peace of mind! RV was just what we needed for this trip. Thanks again Dave!!

Mark was a wonderful host. This was our first time traveling by RV and he was extremely patient and accommodating with all of our questions. The RV was clean when we picked it up, stocked with household items, such as; dishes, utensils, hand soap and toilet paper. The RV is spacious and comfortable and was the perfect "house on wheels" to travel in. We needed something that would get us up north fast because of an extremely ill family member, and this made our road time so much shorter than having to stop and get a hotel. We would highly recommend Mark as a host and would rent his RV again!

When is the best time of year to visit Bainbridge Island in an RV?

The sweet spot for an RV trip on Bainbridge Island is late June through mid-September, when daytime highs sit in the comfortable 70 to 78 F range and rainfall is at its yearly minimum. I have never rented an RV before. Will I be okay driving on Bainbridge Island?

You will do great, and Bainbridge Island is one of the friendlier places in Washington for first time renting an RV. Roads are well-paved, traffic is light outside of ferry rush, and your host will walk you through every system (slide-outs, water, propane, awning, dump valves) at pickup, often for 45 to 60 minutes. If you are nervous about driving onto the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry, ask your host about delivery instead, or choose a smaller Class B campervan that handles like an oversized minivan. Stick to Highway 305 and the main island routes (Miller Road, Sunrise Drive NE) and you will feel at home quickly. RVezy support is also available throughout your trip.

What happens if my RV breaks down during my Bainbridge Island trip?

You are never stranded on a Bainbridge Island RV trip. Every RVezy booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the protection plan, covering flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and mechanical breakdowns anywhere from Winslow to Hurricane Ridge. One call connects you to a dispatcher who arranges service to your location, whether that is the shoulder of Highway 305, a Fay Bainbridge campsite, or the Olympic Peninsula. Your host is also typically a quick text away for questions about quirks unique to their RV. Tip: note your RV's exact length, height, and license plate before you leave the driveway. It speeds up any roadside call and is handy info for the ferry tollbooth too.

Can I take my Bainbridge Island RV rental to Canada or other states?

Cross-border and cross-state travel are often possible with an RV rental in Bainbridge Island, but the answer depends on the specific listing. Travel to Canada (Vancouver, Whistler, the Okanagan) is allowed by many hosts as long as you confirm it before booking, since cross-border insurance coverage needs to be approved. Trips down the Oregon Coast or to Idaho are typically straightforward. Travel to Mexico is not permitted on RVezy rentals due to insurance limitations. The simplest path: message the host directly from the listing page with your planned route. Popular Bainbridge-launched routes include the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler (about 200 miles) and the full Olympic Peninsula loop (around 330 miles).
