Ken and Else are great hosts and Dottie was the perfect vehicle for us. As first time renters we didn't know what to expect. As it turns out, we could not have asked for better people to rent from. The RV is well-appointed, clean and cared for, and had everything we needed to travel roundtrip from Winnipeg to London, ON. Our trip started with a pre-view of Dottie and a thorough explanation of how to make everything work. Ken also made an explanatory binder that was well-thought out, simple to follow and had answers to all of the questions that we had along the way. Not only is Dottie reliable, she made for a very comfortable holiday. Ken was prompt in responding to any questions that arose and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are lucky to have stumbled across this rental and wish you the same wonderful RV travel experience!

Our experience with Veronica and her van was excellent. All agreements were perfectly respected, communication was fast and clear, and she was always flexible in responding to our needs. The van was exactly as shown and proved to be extremely reliable on our very long trip (more than 5,000 km) — not a single breakdown or problem. We are a family of Brazilians on holiday for the second time in Canada, where our youngest daughter resides with her husband and newborn son. Our experience with Ernst & Jen's RV rental was the best ever. Starting with the ease of use of the RVezy app, through the welcome and communication with Ernst and Jen's reception at the RV handover and finally culminating with the journey in the wonderful RV they rented us. Ernest & Jen were wonderful from start to finish, pick up and drop off were easy & had no issues what so ever. Our kids had an absolute blast - we will definitely consider this little home on wheels for future adventures!
