Rented the RV for a family camping trip to a local state beach. RV looked fantastic, great condition, and comfortably slept a family of 4 without any issues. When I picked up the RV initially, Mark walked me through everything. And when I was at the campsite trying to figure something out, I text him and he responded right away to walk me through it.
