We flew into Spokane airport, took a Uber to Jabob's business, RV was ready to go for us! We mentioned that we love coffee, Jacob made sure we had a top of the line coffee maker in the RV. This RV drove and handed like a dream. No problems with anything! We had this trip planned for over 8 months, our original RV booked had mechanical issues, so we were scrambling to find another. We saw this RV available, contacted Jacob 4 days prior, we booked and had an awesome experience! Thank you Jacob! We will without any hesitation, rent from Jacob again!

2021 CampervanMy experience was, for the most part, very positive. Emma was very kind, agreeing to reschedule the trip when we made this request, and she was incredibly prompt in her communications with me. There was one minor problem with the electrical plug ins in the RV: after we plugged in a heater and a coffee maker, the plug ins no longer worked for the remainder of the trip. Emma, however, was very responsible about this, and is taking steps to correct this issue. The RV was also very easy to drive, which made the trip very pleasant indeed. Make sure to do take enough time before you depart to take photographs of the RV and to complete a full assessment before you leave. This isn't up to Emma to remind you, and she is very fair in all respects, but you should know that it is your responsibility to complete this assessment before you depart.
