The communication with Baltazar was great. We like how flexible he was with the pick-up and drop off times. We never felt rushed. The camper was very spacious and the a/c unit inside kept us cool. I would definitely rent this toy hauler from Baltazar again!

J&M RV Rentals were fantastic to rent from! This was my first time renting a tent trailer and I wasn't completely confident I wouldn't mess-up something along the way. They provided a step-by-step walk-thru pdf and took a good time walking me through the setup and common opps things that can go wrong. They were even ready with a tailer tow hitch at pickup because the trailer was setup for off-road and a bit taller than my vehicle. Warm, friendly and professional service. I'll be renting from them again!
