Levi made it real easy to rent his trailer, as well as do the walk through at a separate time. This was my first time with an RV with a black tank, so I sprung for his "Trailer 101" extra. It was well worth it, as it made me confident of a "no mishap" first cleaning.
The unit towed nicely, and was great for the rain. The insulation in the roof muffled the rain nicely. And the heater did a great job keeping the inside comfortable.

Marvin was very communicative and set up everything needed for the rental. We were using it for family to sleep as there wasn’t enough beds or floor space for all the family. Those that stayed in it said the water and heat worked perfectly. And, the beds were very comfortable. He had many lengths of hose and extension cords available, so he was able to set it up with my very distant outlet and faucet. I would definitely rent from Marvin again.
