He met us when we were able, with great communication and accomadation. I loved the camper van, it was everything we needed, especially with the added amenities. That made it all very helpful. Great experience. The trailer worked out perfectly for my family trip. It was in pristine condition and had everything needed for 5 days. I did end up using my sway kit. This is a relatively light trailer which makes pulling easy.
