Provincial parks and private grounds use different systems. Ontario Parks reservations can be made online at reservations.ontarioparks.ca or by calling 1-888-668-7275, and Murphys Point is fully reservable. The Ontario Parks system opens reservations at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time, exactly five months in advance of the arrival date on a rolling daily basis, so popular summer weekends should be booked the moment the window opens. Private campgrounds book directly. Wesley Clover Park Campground uses an online reservation system, and Mal's Camping, Riverbend Park, and Victoria Park Campground take bookings through their own websites or by phone. Summer weekends at popular sites can fill early, so a few months of lead time is recommended for July and August stays.
